This clip is taken from a sermon by Pastor Matt Chandler at a recent Desiring God Conference. The message is based on 1 Timothy 4:1-16. I found this message incredibly sobering and challenging. The Apostle Paul urges Timothy to hold fast to the pure, undiluted gospel of grace. In this there is a great challenge to us to understand the difference between religion and the gospel. The message is particularly aimed at those who preach and teach, but,  there is much here for every believer.

I regularly listen to Pastor Matt preach and, in truth, he is always worth listening to. He is a gifted communicator and expositor and his preaching is both passionate and profoundly challenging. I strongly encourage you to take the time to watch the full message.
